Going Gameplay

I found a good video game store! It's called Gameplay, and it actually sells retro games, even to Atari 2600. And this is coming right from the heels of when Gamestop ceased dealing in Gamecube games.

Maybe later I'll take some photos of things I get there. I found a Sega 32x, a model 1 Genesis with Power Base Converter, and an NES Max controller, to name a few.

I'm all for stopping internet piracy. We've gotta pay the rent, you know. But I DON'T support bills that will inevitably impair legit users. That's why I'll never support DRM. To quote Google:

RPG Maker Ace announced

Nice! When this comes out, I'm upgrading Jake's Trouble to this. So for now I'll just focus on the main story - so that I don't have to start over development if I can't convert the game to the new engine.

5 Houses to avoid while trick-or-treating

5. Osohe Castle. Unless you've got a rotten eclair to trade...
4. A candy house. Either a cannibalistic witch lives there, or you run the risk of diabetes.
3. A house that wasn't there yesterday. It takes a long time to build a house, you know. If it just got there, then something evil is afoot...
2. Ganondorf's castle. It's surrounded by a moat of lava, so don't even try!
1. The Resident Evil mansion. There's mutant dogs and zombies there!

RPG Maker VX is pretty cool.

Not much going on lately, but I do have something cool in the works. It's a game I'm making with RPG Maker VX. As I get further in development, I'll reveal screenshots and some story information.

Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: Movie vs. Book

Well, I got the novelizations of Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. That's right, there are two; a junior novel by B.B. Hiller, and a more general novel by Elizabeth Faucher.

Spaceballs: The Book (and other novelizations)

To my surprise, there is a novelization of Spaceballs from Scholastic! From Amazon.

Well, I've decided to collect novelizations of movies. They do provide a lot of details about the characters that weren't elaborated on in the movies.
